Our Staff

Pastor Billy has served at Mill Swamp Baptist Church as the Senior Pastor since November 2018. He formerly served as the Associate Pastor from 2007. He holds several advanced degrees in theology and biblical counseling as well as a Ph.D in Counseling and Psychology. Pastor Billy is passionate about using his training and experience to help individuals deepen their intimacy with God and to strengthen their relationships with others. As a credentialed counselor and member of the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC), he is available for individual counseling, premarital counseling, and marriage and family counseling by appointment. Pastor Billy is a native of Hampton, VA. He and his wife Concetta have three grown children and five grandchildren. Pastor Billy and Concetta reside in Wakefield, VA.
